Returns and Exchanges

Here at Kendall & Blue, we want you to love your new purchase, however, we know that things don't always work out.  We offer a 14 day return policy from the date of shipment for a refund, or if you would like to receive in-store credit instead, you have up to 21 days from the shipment date to return your item(s). Please email us at info@kendallandblue.com so that we can issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once you have received this, pack up your items with your proof of purchase inside, and the RMA # written on the outside of your package. Once we receive and inspect your return, your account will be credited within 3-5 business days.

You are responsible for return shipping, we will incur the cost of shipping your new item to you if you are exchanging. We will exchange sizes for the same item only, not one item for another. If you would like a different item, we will gladly issue you a store credit for your return. Limit one exchange per item.

Please note that items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse items based on their condition. Please no strong odors such as smoke, incense, or pet odors. These items will be refused. If you are returning shoes, please place the shoe box in a protective shipping box.

If you have received any flawed or damaged products, please take a picture with your phone within 3 days, and email us at info@kendallandblue.com in order for us to take care of you. 

Any sale items, or items purchased with a promo code are eligible for store credit only.

All jewelry and accessory items are final sale.

All clearance items or items purchased at a 40% or higher discount are final sale.
